The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, and the charming atmosphere of the hotel added to our experience. However, the economy room we booked felt a bit cramped, especially with the low ceiling and lack of a window. The room got quite warm upon our return after a hot day, due to the AC only working with the room key in the slot. It would have been great to return to a cool room instead. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and attentive service made our stay enjoyable.

Rooms feel cramped with low ceilings!!! The odd frosted window into the stairwell ruins privacy!!! Those connecting rooms concept is misleading and should be better explained!!! It would help if rooms were better ventilated!!!

Comfortable stay in a well-located hotel. However, the breakfast lacked variety compared to other places we've stayed. I appreciated the bicycle rental service too, making it easy to explore the area.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and local snacks, making us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond, even waking up early for a takeaway breakfast before our flight. Our room was always spotlessly clean and spacious, providing a calm retreat amidst Hanoi's hustle.

The balcony in the room provides an impressive view, definitely a high point worth enjoying. Another room had a king bed, which was a comfortable touch for a snug space.

Rooms vary greatly in size and can feel cramped, especially with limited floor space for luggage. Some bathrooms lacked privacy due to see-through curtains, making them awkward for sharing. Access to the higher floor required navigating a tricky staircase after leaving the elevator at the sixth floor, which was inconvenient.

The rooms were super spacious, and those comfy beds made it hard to get up in the morning. Loved chilling on the balcony while taking in the amazing view. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, too! Just a heads-up, the breakfast rush can get a little hectic and seating might be tight.

Wi-fi was reliable. enjoyed the welcome drink but the lift was slow.

I had an awesome time with a super cozy bed and the elegant decor really made the place feel special. The hotel offers both a full body massage and a lovely spa center for ultimate relaxation. Just keep in mind that the bathroom size could be a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from my experience! 😊
